Late Sh. Sagar Chand Jain
Devdarshan began with a vision to bring quality incense products to people across India. With just ₹1,500, Late Sh. Sagar Chand Jain set out to create a brand that would eventually become a symbol of purity, tradition, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Guided by a strong commitment to his community, Sh. Sagar Chand Jain saw an opportunity to contribute to local employment
and uplift the spirit of a new India. Under the encouragement of Prime Minister Nehru’s call to build local industries, he focused on creating premium dhoop and incense sticks. Since those early days, Devdarshan has grown to be cherished worldwide, preserving the same dedication to quality that began over six decades ago.

In 1954, a small family business was founded in the town of Samana, Punjab, by Sh. Sagar Chand Jain. DevDarshan Dhoop was born from his vision to provide high-quality incense products to people across India. With an initial investment of just ₹1,500, Sh.
