Order and Shipping

We do not have minimum order quantity requirements. You can order any quantity that suits your needs. Feel free to order as much or as little as you need, and we’ll process your order accordingly.

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All COD orders are shipped via Amazon Shipping. Please note that additional charges apply for COD orders, which are separate from regular shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for serviceable pin codes, with a maximum courier weight limit of 10 kgs.

We accept various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that additional charges apply for COD orders.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

If you are eligible for a refund on a prepaid order, we will process it after deducting the payment gateway charges. The refund will be completed within 3 to 5 business days.

We use third-party courier services for deliveries. If you receive a parcel that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please follow these steps:

Do not accept the tampered parcel: If the parcel looks visibly damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it from the courier.

Make a video while opening the parcel: If you do accept the parcel, we advise you to record a video while opening it. This video will serve as important evidence for us to raise a complaint with the third-party courier partner.

Contact our customer service: If you find that the product inside is damaged, please Contact Our Customer Service Team immediately within 24 hours. Provide them with the video and details of the damage.

By following these steps, you will help us to address the issue promptly and effectively with the courier service.

The delivery time may vary depending on the location. All orders are dispatched from Chandigarh. Typically, our courier partners take a maximum of 5 to 7 days to deliver. If your order is sent by the Indian Post Office, it may take longer than usual.
