Orders are dispatched from Chandigarh through third-party courier or logistics partners.
The standard estimated delivery period is generally 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries through India Post may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation delays, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DevDarshan Overseas.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the correct name, address, PIN code, and contact details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related circumstances, including an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to respond to delivery attempts, applicable forward and return shipping charges or other applicable deductions may be made from any refundable amount, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Where a Partial Payment has been made, the applicable amount may be adjusted against such charges in accordance with the applicable order terms.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Products purchased through the website are generally non-returnable and non-replaceable, except where specifically permitted under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be eligible for a refund or replacement subject to the applicable reporting period, evidence requirements, verification, and approval.
Electronics products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
