How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our product selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

What is the minimum order quantity required to place an order?

We do not have minimum order quantity requirements. You can order any quantity that suits your needs. Feel free to order as much or as little as you need, and we’ll process your order accordingly.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at limited locations only. Once you place a COD order, our executive will confirm it via call, email, or WhatsApp. After you verify the order, it will be processed. Additional charges for COD may apply, which are separate from regular shipping fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that additional charges apply for COD orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

However, if you would like to add or modify an item in your order, please contact our customer care on WhatsApp as soon as possible. It can only be modified if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email and WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Can I get a GST invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you can obtain a GST invoice for your purchase. Please contact our customer service before dispatch, as requests after dispatch will not be entertained.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product? 

In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we require you to raise a complaint within 24 hours from the date of delivery. To report an issue, please contact our customer support team at +91 96462 15979 and provide the following details:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Video showing unopened package from all sides and complete unboxing
* Photographs clearly showing the problem

Note: Any complaint received after the 24-hour window AND without the information mentioned above will not be entertained.

What is the average delivery time?

We currently use third-party courier services for order deliveries, with all orders dispatched from Chandigarh. Our courier partners typically take 5 to 7 days to deliver. However, if your order is shipped via the Indian Post Office, it may take longer. While this is the usual delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date due to various factors.
